Mary Patty
Mary was born and raised in Texas. Having grown up in the Selma area, Mary attended high school at Antonian College Preparatory in San Antonio and went on to attend Texas A&M University in College Station. She graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature with a focus in Education. While in her college years, some of her accolades include making the President's Honors list for a grade point average of 3.95, Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society, captain of her intramural basketball and volleyball teams, and instructional tutor for paper and essay composition.
After graduation, Mary worked for a technical documentation company in San Antonio where she assisted in the sales of multi-million dollar software. She was also responsible for the delivered accuracy of documents and helped develop training courses on how to use specialized software. Mary has also spent several years teaching fifth grade at a local private school in town.
As much as Mary enjoyed teaching, she decided that her true passion was in real estate. Mary currently owns a home in New Braunfels, Texas, and several rental properties in the Schertz area. Mary enjoys working at Keller Williams and specializes in working with buyers. Besides real estate, Mary enjoys spending time playing sports, doing anything outdoors, watching Aggie football, and spending time with her fiancé and her family. Mary is getting married October 2010 to her best friend and she is excited to begin a new chapter in her life.
Diane Bruce
Diane Bruce grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She moved to Centreville, Virginia, in 10th grade and graduated Cum Laude from Westfield High School. Diane moved back to Louisiana after high school to attend Louisiana State University and attended Burk Baker School of Real Estate in 2005.
After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, Diane decided to move to San Antonio to further pursue her real estate career. Upon moving to San Antonio, Diane started working as a listing and transaction manager for one of the top 5 real estate teams in the area, helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate well over $60 million worth of real estate during her time there.
Diane joined Brayson Verzella and the Team Infinity in 2009 and has enjoyed helping the business grow and expand to become one of the top teams at Keller Williams Heritage.
Diane married her life-long best friend, Justin Bruce, in the summer of 2009 and they enjoy living in the Canyon Springs area with their 2 dogs. Diane has 4 sisters and 3 brothers and loves being part of a large family. When she isn't at work helping buyers and sellers, Diane enjoys playing the guitar, harmonica, and piano.
